2. Return Process: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To start the return process, please contact our customer support team at hello@skinnyhippie.co.

3. Store Credit: Upon approval of your return, you will receive store credit for the full purchase price, minus a 30% restocking fee. Refunds will only be provided in the form of store credit.

4. Abuse Prevention: We reserve the right to deny a return and restrict a customer from making future purchases if we believe the 14-Day Happy Hippie Guarantee is being abused. 

5. Sale and Discounted Items: Products purchased on sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for return under the 14-Day Happy Hippie Guarantee.

How to Return:

1. Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide order details and reasons for the return.
3. Await approval and further instructions from our team.
4. Ship the product back to us with at least 75% of the original content.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
